How do I compare barrel sauna sizes?
Compare the exact models’ published exterior diameter and length against your site and access route, and their interior dimensions and bench layout for how the room will be used. A seat count does not establish length or width.

Can a barrel sauna go outdoors?
Only where its manufacturer rates it for outdoor use: the barrel shape alone does not establish it. Check the placement the maker states for the exact model, and ask us about any model whose maker publishes none before you choose a spot.

Is the heater included with a barrel sauna?
It depends on the configuration. Check the included-components list on the product page for the exact version you are ordering, and confirm the heater and anything it needs, such as a control or stones, before you buy.

What does a barrel sauna need to sit on?
A base that meets the exact model’s foundation, supporting-surface and drainage instructions. They differ from maker to maker, so never carry a rule over from a different model, and settle the base before you order: it cannot be improvised on delivery day.

How does delivery work for a barrel sauna, and what will shipping cost?
Our shipping policy says: “Shipping rates vary by product and are calculated at checkout based on the item selected.” Our FAQ adds: “Large items such as saunas and cold plunges ship via freight carrier. Delivery is typically scheduled in advance and brought to the curb or driveway.”
Outside the contiguous U.S.: “Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada must contact us for a freight quote prior to ordering.” What delivery includes differs by product, so the product page and your quote are the authority for your model.
How soon can a barrel sauna be delivered?
