RecoveryLux offers premium wellness and recovery products, including saunas, cold plunges, ice baths, and related accessories.

While we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images:

• Minor variations in finish, grain, tone, or dimensions may occur.
• Natural materials such as wood may vary in appearance.
• Manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, supplier changes, or suspected fraud

Order confirmation emails do not guarantee shipment. An order is considered accepted once processed and prepared for fulfillment.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we may:

• Offer you the option to reconfirm at the correct price
• Cancel the order and issue a full refund

Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Important clarifications:

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
• Large items may ship via freight (LTL) and require scheduled delivery.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring access for delivery (clear path, adequate space, compliance with carrier requirements).
• Failure to accept delivery may result in storage fees, return shipping fees, or restocking fees.

For freight deliveries:

• Damage must be noted at time of delivery on the carrier’s bill of lading.
• Failure to properly document visible freight damage may affect claim eligibility.

7. INSTALLATION & SITE REQUIREMENTS

Customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring proper electrical capacity
• Compliance with local building codes
• Adequate space and ventilation
• Proper flooring and foundation

RecoveryLux is not liable for costs arising from improper site preparation.

Optional installation services, when offered, are coordinated separately and may be subject to additional terms.

8. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key points:

• Returns must be authorized in advance.
• Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refused freight shipments may incur return freight and restocking charges.

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to return policies and fees.

9. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

RecoveryLux products are intended for general wellness purposes.

We do not provide medical advice.

Users should consult a licensed medical professional before using saunas, cold plunges, or similar equipment, especially if:

Use of products is at your own risk.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any manufacturer warranty explicitly stated.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RecoveryLux shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Delayed shipping due to carrier, weather, supplier, or freight issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact RecoveryLux first to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content including:

• Logos
• Product descriptions
• Images
• Branding

Is the property of RecoveryLux or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Site.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

RecoveryLux is not liable for delays or failures caused by:

• Supplier disruptions
• Freight carrier delays
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Labor shortages
• Acts beyond our reasonable control

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
