SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the mainland United States (lower 48). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery times vary by product and manufacturer but typically range from 3–10 business days after order processing. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I schedule delivery for large items?
Yes. For larger items like saunas and cold plunges, you’ll be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery window. White glove service may be available depending on the product and brand.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items (e.g., custom or hygiene-related products) may be non-returnable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. All of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand, but most high-end wellness products include 1–5 year coverage. Full warranty details are listed on each product page.

What brands do you carry?
We’re in the process of onboarding top-tier wellness brands. Once finalized, brand names and product lines will be listed on our website with detailed specs, certifications, and warranty info.
Are your products FDA-registered or medically approved?
Some of the products we carry may be FDA-registered or have medical-grade certifications. These details will be noted on individual product pages.
Are financing or payment plans available?
Yes. We offer Shop Pay Installments and accept payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY
Do your saunas and cold plunges require professional installation?
Some products may require professional setup or electrical work. We recommend reviewing the installation requirements on each product page or contacting us for help coordinating white glove services where available.
Can I assemble the product myself?
Many products come with easy-to-follow instructions and can be assembled by two adults. However, we always recommend hiring a professional for large or technically complex installations.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I clean and maintain my sauna or cold plunge?
Care instructions vary by brand and product. General maintenance includes wiping down surfaces, replacing filters (if applicable), and using non-abrasive cleaners. Detailed care instructions will be provided with each product.
How long do red light therapy bulbs or panels last?
Most red light therapy devices use LED panels rated for 50,000+ hours of use. That’s over a decade of regular use with minimal maintenance.
