These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payment obligations, billing procedures, and related processes between RecoveryLux (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“you” or “your”). • Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Taxes & Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

4. Late Payments

6. Refunds & Credits

Refunds and credits are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all applicable sales tax and other similar charges based on your shipping address.

• Exemption: Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation at the time of purchase.

RecoveryLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to billing or payment issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior to the dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
