3. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Undamaged: Item must be in new condition.

  • Original Packaging: Includes all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation is required.


4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email or call within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We’ll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.

  3. Packaging: Repack in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  4. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Item: RecoveryLux covers return shipping.


6. Refunds

  • Approval Required: Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods.

  • Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Restocking Fees: May apply for change-of-mind returns (deducted from refund).


7. Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Process: Contact us within 14 days to request an exchange.

  • Shipping: RecoveryLux covers shipping for defective/incorrect items; customer covers costs for change-of-mind exchanges.


8. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Please follow the return process above.


9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal-use products (for sanitary reasons, unless unopened)

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products


10. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos for review.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.


11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
