Shipping policy

1. Overview

At RecoveryLux, we specialize in premium wellness and recovery products including saunas, cold plunges, ice baths, sauna heaters, and related accessories. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, shipping methods and rates vary by item.

This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and available upgrade options.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Processing time is separate from transit time.  Accessories and smaller items typically process within 1–3 business days.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by product and are calculated at checkout based on the item selected. Some products include complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. Freight charges apply to select large items such as sauna cabins and are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.


4. Freight & Delivery Methods

A. Standard LTL Freight Curbside delivery only. Palletized shipment. Appointment scheduling required. Customer must inspect shipment upon delivery.

B. White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade) Available on select products. May include delivery inside the home, placement, packaging removal, and product positioning. Additional charge applies and must be selected at checkout where available.

C. Flatbed Truck Delivery Required for certain oversized products or properties with limited access. If flatbed is the only viable shipping method, standard freight charges apply. If requested as an upgrade or required due to property limitations, additional charges may apply and will be quoted prior to shipment. Customer is responsible for off-loading with a forklift or crane.


5. Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada must contact us for a freight quote prior to ordering. Complimentary and flat-rate shipping offers do not apply outside the contiguous United States.


6. Delivery Inspection Requirements

Inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. Take photos of any damage immediately. Refuse delivery if severe damage is present. Notify RecoveryLux within 48 hours of delivery if concealed damage is discovered. Failure to document visible freight damage at time of delivery may limit claim eligibility.


7. Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only. RecoveryLux is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, port congestion, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional fees may apply for address corrections, missed delivery appointments, or redelivery.


9. Installation Services

Installation services, when available, are separate from shipping and may be provided by the manufacturer or a third party. Installation is not included in standard shipping unless explicitly stated on the product page.


10. Shipping & Returns

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, return shipping and restocking fees may apply in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Policy Modifications

RecoveryLux reserves the right to modify shipping rates and programs at any time without prior notice. Shipping terms applicable to your order are those displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
