The Saunum Air 5 Sauna Heater combines traditional Nordic sauna heat with a patented climate equalizing system that improves comfort by balancing temperature and oxygen levels throughout the sauna room.
Traditional sauna environments often produce large temperature differences between the ceiling and the floor. Hot air collects at the ceiling while cooler air settles near the floor, resulting in uncomfortable temperature variations during sauna sessions.
Saunum’s patented Air Mixing Technology draws hot air and steam from the ceiling, blends it with cooler oxygen-rich air from near the floor, and redistributes the balanced air evenly throughout the sauna.
This system reduces temperature variance by more than 60%, allowing sauna bathers to experience consistent heat from head to toe.
The Air 5 heater also incorporates a large stone capacity, allowing for softer radiant heat and richer steam production when water is poured over the stones.
Integrated within the airflow system is a Himalayan salt reservoir that disperses salt ions through the sauna air stream.
Designed with Scandinavian engineering and available in Nordic Black or Black/Stainless Steel finishes, the Air 5 is built for sauna rooms between 106 and 212 cubic feet.
