The Harvia R-991 Rounded Olivine Sauna Stones bring the softest, most luxurious löyly experience to your sauna. Sourced and selected to replicate naturally rounded river stones, these olivine diabase stones allow water to flow seamlessly through the upper layers and penetrate deeper into the stone mass—creating richer steam, softer heat, and more consistent humidity.

Rounded stones are ideal for the top layer of any sauna heater. The smooth surfaces allow water to travel deeper into the stone cavity rather than instantly evaporating on the surface, resulting in a more gentle, enveloping steam profile. When paired with angular stones in the lower layers, they create the optimal balance of airflow, heat retention, and steam performance.

Only available with the purchase of a Harvia sauna heater or stove. Each stone is naturally unique; Harvia recommends purchasing an additional box to hand-select the highest-quality stones for fit, airflow, and aesthetic.
