RecoveryLux Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

At RecoveryLux ("we," "us," or "our"), your wellness journey is our priority—from browsing our site to the moment your product arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy is designed to make your delivery experience clear, simple, and stress-free.

Whether you’re ordering a premium sauna, cold plunge, or red light therapy device, our goal is to ensure every item reaches you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


3. Shipping Costs

FREE Shipping: We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.—no hidden fees.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after order processing

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days after order processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted, nationally recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent via email once your order has shipped.

  • All shipments are insured against loss or damage for your peace of mind.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier name

  • A direct link to track your package

8. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided.

  2. Check with neighbors or building management.

  3. Contact us at support@recoverylux.com or 727-677-5331.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@recoverylux.com.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
    We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


10. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

11. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
